Santos Properties was formed in the year 2000 by Santos with the vision of growing a portfolio of Industrial, Offices and Retail properties in the Western Cape, South Africa. Not much has changed over the years and we continue to believe that property investment is a safe way to beat inflation.
Our team is very small but more than capable of providing a hands on approach to property management. We believe in the motto "the customer comes first" and have always managed to retain amazing clients as a result. We work as a team with no titles. There are no CEOs, secretaries, founders nor COOs in our company. We all work together to achieve one goal, customer satisfaction. We believe respect is delivered and then returned. Our mission is to grow the portfolio, respect our team and look after our clients and assets.
